Terms of Service

Last updated: 13 September 2026

These terms apply when you book a service with YB Elegance, a sole trader based at 4 Lincoln Way, Southbury, Enfield EN1 1TE. Booking an appointment means you accept these terms, the Booking Policy and the Cancellation Policy.

1. Bookings

2. Payment

3. Your responsibilities

4. Health & safety

5. Satisfaction

If you are unhappy with any part of your look, please say so during the appointment — adjustments are included and gladly made. Once the appointment has ended, no refunds are given for a completed service, though we will always talk through what went wrong. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

6. Photography

By booking, you acknowledge that photographs and video taken during or after your appointment may be used on our social media platforms, website, portfolio and other professional marketing channels, as set out in section 7 of the Booking Policy. If you have specific concerns about photography or content, please raise them on the booking form or before your appointment, and you may ask us to remove content from our own channels at any time.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our liability in connection with a booking is limited to the total price paid for that booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Website content

All photographs, video, text and branding on this website belong to YB Elegance and may not be reproduced without permission. The website is provided as-is; we try to keep prices and availability accurate but do not warrant that every detail is error-free at all times.

9. Complaints and governing law

Please raise any concern with us first at ybelegancebooking@gmail.com; we aim to reply within 5 working days. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
