Cancellation & Rescheduling
Last updated: 13 September 2026
Every booking holds a slot that cannot be offered to anyone else, which is why the deposit is non-refundable. The rules below apply to every appointment, studio or mobile.
Deposits
- The £10 deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances.
- Your appointment is only held once the deposit has been received.
- The deposit is deducted from your total — the balance is due immediately after your makeup is completed.
Rescheduling
- You may reschedule once, free of charge, with at least 48 hours’ notice. Your deposit carries over to the new date.
- Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice is treated as a late cancellation and the deposit is forfeited.
- A second reschedule requires a new deposit.
- To reschedule, message the WhatsApp number or email address below with your booking reference.
Cancellations & no-shows
- Cancelling at any point forfeits the deposit.
- A no-show — no contact within 30 minutes of the start time — forfeits the deposit, and the full balance may be requested for bridal and travel bookings where costs have already been incurred.
Late arrivals
- 30 minutes late = £10 late fee, payable with your balance.
- Arriving late may mean a shortened service, as the following appointment cannot be delayed.
If I need to cancel
- In the unlikely event that I have to cancel (illness or emergency), you will receive a full refund of your deposit, or the option to move to another date, whichever you prefer.
Your statutory rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the 14-day cancellation right does not apply to appointments booked for a specific date once that date has passed or the service has begun. Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 where a service has not been carried out with reasonable care and skill.
